1. Who these terms are with

These terms apply between you and Pfano & Given Plumbing ("we", "us", "our"), based in Nzhelele (Dzanani), serving the greater Vhembe district, Limpopo, South Africa. By requesting a quote, booking a job, or using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Limitation of liability

We take reasonable care on every job, but to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for pre-existing issues with plumbing, structures, or fittings that were not caused by our work. Nothing in these terms limits any right or protection you have under South African consumer law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
